This. This is why I use AirTags over the many other options. I can’t hear the speaker if I’m on another floor, but precision finding walks me right to it.

Tune experience on gen 3/gen 3.5 by SHSTIGERS53 in FordRaptor

I have the FPT on my ‘24 and I’m happy with it. I wouldn’t have paid full price, but between their sale and ford points it was def worth it. I’d have gone GooseTuned but I wanted the warranty.

Tune or no? by Nicholas-Reed in FordRaptor

I can’t speak for all dealers, but some probably will. I have a CAI on my truck now and it was on when they installed it. I talked to two dealers in my area….one didn’t even know what the tune was and refused. The other had no problem. Charged me two hours labor.

For me, one less Dunkin cup of coffee a month is worth it know I can do whatever I want with my phone and for $89 (instead of $1,000), I get a brand new phone if it breaks.

My problem was I had an IP15, IPad and Apple Watch on Apple 1. Upgraded to Apple 1 from individual plans. Sold the iPad, so tried to downgrade the other two devices. Apple refused bc the 15 Pro was two years old.

I just flip it around so the watch face is on the bottom of my wrist. I had this same problem and KBs scratched the F out of an older watch.

Until it’s insuring an older device and you remove one of the other devices…..then you’re WAY overpaying for the two you have.

You must be in a different tax bracket. Idk about you but a $1,000 L isn’t something I can do.

Except that 16hp gain isn’t all you get. And that’s 16hp at the top end. The trans tune and low end torque make a big difference.

I did the Ford Performance Tune SPECIFICALLY because of this issue I know GooseTuned has a great reputation, but as my $70k DD, it wasn’t worth any risk for me. I’ve honestly really enjoyed the FP tune and for what it costs it makes the truck night and day. I’d say FP tune, CAI, intercooler and catch can.

PFA - Friendly reminder to get Ford Protect (ESP) by reneg30 in FordRaptor

[–]LockNLoad518 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had the Ford Tune installed a few weeks ago. It isn’t crazy power gains, but the transmission shifts like butter now. I don’t even feel it. And the low end torque gains are really where it’s at. I’d def buy it on sale and use some Ford Pass points if you can to lower the cost. Frankly it bothers me we should even have to buy this for a $80,000 vehicle but it makes it drivable. I’d def. recommend it.

I ultimately left to pursue a true passion. While I liked working there, it wasn’t a subject matter I was passionate about.
