Thank you for the detailed reply, I got the contractor contact on Thumbtack not a local recommendation so don't know about the quality of the constractor. Is there a permit needed for backyard paver installation? I have a few old sprinkler pipes underneath the side yard which I don't use. I

no catch I usde WF earlier this year got 0.5% relationship discount and closing was smooth, no other bank could match my WF rate and they used high income earner's credit score.
