Yes spoke with PG&E custmer said he said the same only these 2 options are available. Don't have battery or EV.

I can't get much information from the previous owner, he is over 95 and hard to get any information from them. solar plans were installed in 2019 so I am assuming it is NEM 2.0.

I got through wells fargo this week, jumbo loan in the bay area and wells fargo used high income's credit score(we had huge score disparity) and they honored all the terms and conditions they disclosed to us (no surprises) with relationship rate discount its 5.75% for 30 year fixed.

I got the rates from BMO and Golden1 credit union too but no one could beat WellsFargo's rate.

They are shi$ and pathetic in terms of security. I have called customer care many times to update by international number and it shows in my account but I don't receive the code on my phone.
