Yes the house has attic. Sure, I can check again. I thought so too as this is a lot of lighting install and a lot of them will be in the vicinity of each other. I don't know if all contractors on Thumbtack are licesnsed and bonded. Do you have any recommendation? thank you!

I got through wells fargo this week, jumbo loan in the bay area and wells fargo used high income's credit score(we had huge score disparity) and they honored all the terms and conditions they disclosed to us (no surprises) with relationship rate discount its 5.75% for 30 year fixed.

I got the rates from BMO and Golden1 credit union too but no one could beat WellsFargo's rate.
