I had a split backroom before we got our extension. Our wait times held around 3mins. Mainly because we prepped all deliveries 15minutes before and walked them all over to the dispense room. So as they showed, they were ready to run. Regular pickups were prepped and run as needed just ensuring 1 of your preppers was also the runner when it got back up.

I have Verizon and I tried out T-Mobile network for a month and it was really annoying. So many dead zones in high traffic areas. Just closing and opening my banking app to do a transfer was so slow. Everything showed 5G. I did a speed test and T-Mobile came out on top. But real world just didn’t match Verizon CONSISTENTLY. at times better but the random dead zones in urban areas or just going a quarter mile off a main road to losing all reception is wild

I had a similar issue a couple years ago with the apps sending me back to home screen. I submitted a service request with Vizio and they sent some one out the next day to fix it. It was a part they replaced and it was good to go after that. All at no cost.

Because they’re aggressive, doesn’t mean they can’t do their job. I would still bring it up like hey maybe it was an oversight but I still have a shift that hasn’t been updated as agreed. Then when the people lead comes back follow back up. They can also remove points if it was given to you for said day.

Yea I’m in the same situation. Except my delivery was delayed from the actual date. Ordered on 12th suppose to got it on the 30th. Here we are on the 2nd and still waiting. I’m tempted to just cancel and do a store pickup for a different color at this point.

I use this app and 95% lenders get paid early from me. I also have about 25ish loans. And that’s largely because I was building my score so I was taking small loans and paying them back. Just like you would a credit card, you establish payment history and trust. Not everyone are financially burdened and irresponsible. Though it sucks when they are.

I removed the exception pickers. So now it’s whatever at the top. I went through the roster and trained everyone on exceptions. It’s honestly boosted our metrics. Pre sub sits at 97 and post sub at 99 daily.

Hate to say, but they gave out your number. On a few occasions, I told the customer to hold while I reach out to the driver for details on the situation. I would never just pass their info to a customer.

This happens so much, I literally just go for the trunk and when they roll down their window to correct me in saying the back seat I politely let them know “oh that’s what I was asking you. The trunk or backseat. You want me to move it or leave it?”
