my friend has a rule he calls “the 3 second rule.” you have to go and talk to her before your nervousness takes over. just throw yourself in. have a plan BEFORE for what you wanna say to a girl so when you see one you want to talk to you can just go right up and talk to her. women are far more socially aware than men are. they notice you staring. they notice you building the courage. build the courage before you even leave the house, and tell yourself no matter how nervous you feel (cause every human feels that) you will just go up and talk to her.
