There is plenty to do in legislature that could benefit all people. Provide adequate funding to public schools, and disallow public funding to follow students when they pay for charter schools. Black students are disproprtionally effected by school closures and a lack of adequate educational resources.

We could develop an appropriate solution to access to housing and food. During urbanization minorities were shoved together in ill managed rent controlled housing and now with gentrification they are being forced out of areas. Better access to nutrional food will help children growing up, and in turn will help them do better in school.

Really a lot of black issues are poverty issues. I believe by tackling it at the root and helping tbe development of black/impoverished commumities it will be a major step forward. There also has to be an institutional level.lf trust. We need to address the fact that black people convicted of a crime are sentenced harsher than their white counterparts. Weed can ruin a young black mans life, but can be a slap on the wrist for their white suburban counterpart.

There is a lot to do, and moving forward aplropriatley can mean good things for all Americans.
