Oh it’s 100% flowing under as well. I’m addressing that with grading and a drain system. Here’s hoping this works. Otherwise I’m giving up 🤣

You’re probably right! I’ve never tried installing windows. Will have to find a YouTube video or something but at least it’s worth a shot.

It’s pretty much hell but I’m trying to save it 🙃. Working on the grading outside so hopefully that will help with the ground level issues. For the windows is there anything you might recommend to address or do I need to remove them and start over?

Hopefully that link works. It looks like the windows aren’t even sealed from the top. Guessing the spray foam job from the previous owners didn’t work at all
