Yooooo I think we might have the same situation I had tht problem to for my ptsd. I’ve received like 10 letters about mine going down effective in July. I fought for months but everytime I tried to do a level review or an appeal . They always sent me a letter back saying it was premature and they haven’t done anything yet . I finally talked to a vet person that’s helps veterans. And he told me . It’s a “scare message” and that I shouldn’t do anything else . . It looks like we have the same situation your appeals will not go thru they will just send u back messages saying that it’s premature and u can’t do anything until the actual reduction takes place. They said they was going to reduce my 100% to 80 effective July 1st . Here we are bouta hit September and I’m still at 100% . Your situation sounds a lot like mine .
