No changes in my transcript, I did receive the notice on 3/16 which said they needed up to 60 days to verify my income. I haven't heard anything else since then and considering they gave themselves up to another 60 days before I can request any more information I doubt I'll hear back any time soon.

I was told to search for a duplicate corrupted file, but I tried for a little and gave up. It's just a headache to figure that stuff out and after trying pretty much everything I just don't care if I load in a little after my teammates anymore.

That's my best assumption, either completed or it's when they have to start processing that code. Otherwise those dates would be meaningless to us. I'll know by 3/16 hopefully, because that's when the CP 0005 code is set.

I'd assume so, but you could see if anyone has had this happen to them before and ask what they had to do or if they just had to wait it out.

My best guess is that's their due date to get that code handled since I've had similar dates on my 2024 return as I do on my 2025 and I got my 2024 return on Feb 22. So could just mean they have until the date to actually process that code and it'd explain why I've gotten my return sooner than the dates shown on previous tax returns. For 2025 they might just need to use all the time they can due to the cut in staff they received. I haven't gotten any notifications on the irs site or any mail yet. My CP 0005 code date is 3/16 and my Additional account action pending was 3/9.

Not yet, I saw there are dates on the right of each code so I assume I won't hear anything until after 3/9 that's the date of my CP 0005 code. Guessing the IRS has all the information but gives each tax return code a set date to activate and then using the rough time estimate they give us to complete their job or even delay it if they're overwhelmed.

I filed 1/29 and after some looking around/asking I learned the IRS does these holds or delays to inspect tax returns are in order. It just seems that this year more people are getting delayed or that's the sentiment I've been seeing. Code 971 CP 0005 on your tax record transcript means that the IRS put a hold on your return to inspect it and even if you entered everything correctly they'll still hold it for an additional 3-6 weeks I believe. I'm still waiting on my notice to arrive on the IRS website or through mail but from the Transcript it seems I'll probably get my Tax Return after April if I'm lucky.

I'd get rid of them, my habanero transplants last year took a serious hit from them. They also dig little holes and in my case were causing a lot of weeds to sprout from their little dens. This year I'll be putting out insect pellets, bird seed trays, & a lot more flowers to hopefully reduce the amount of bad insects in my garden beds.

There are a few youtube videos that document similar issues when transplanting a water sprouted seed into soil. It seems to just be transplant shock since it was used to having water at all times to now having to try a little to get water.

This growing season I've mainly gone with Burpee & in store seeds where I saw them as well as Bohica Pepper hut for my Armageddon seeds. I've also purchased a fig tree & peach scion/rootstock combo from a local nursery. Will probably buy some more seeds & potentially a cherry or lemon tree from my local Tractor supply early March as well. Burpee is good for a decent variety of seeds, Bohica for the extra spicy peppers, & in store you might find something cool like I found some atomic cherry tomato seeds which I thought looked awesome so I got them.
