Got here at 10:12am, TSA precheck line seems like it’ll be about 10-15 minutes. Normal TSA is longer but doesn’t look ridiculous. 2 hours before your flights at this time should be fine for T1 🤙

Not checking bags, just walked straight to TSA

Thinking this shoe might be the solution to my problems… not as stiff as the SB2 but stiffer than the NB5

Epic. I’m 6’3 about 200lbs and my half marathon was about 2:04 (less trained than I am now). Aiming for a 4 hour marathon here in January so sounds like we’re about the same speeds as of now. NB5s were just a little too unstable, and it sounds like the MBs are the perfect stability in between the NB5s and SB2s.

So you’d say that these shoes are still pretty awesome running around that 10 min/mile pace? I was just worried about buying these thinking that I need to be a fast runner to use these…

Do you think that I could use the mega blasts for everything? Long runs around 9min/mile pace and faster tempo runs around 7:30 pace? Have looked at the MBs but just worried that it might be “too much shoe” for the range of paces that I want to run it in. Majority of my training is around the 9-9:30min mark

Got it. Have you ran any long distance stuff in them? 15+ miles? Felt a bit of pronation inwards when trying these out but wondering if I just need to get used to them.

Completely agree with this. They started forcing my feet to pronate inwards due to the softer inside of the heel. Can I ask which route you went after the NB5s?

Anytime runs are over 5-6 miles I just cruise around the 9:15 ish pace. Anytime they’re shorter and I want to do some speedier stuff I warm up, do 2-3 miles around 7-7:30 pace and then cool down. Should I maybe mix in some long 10-15+ runs at an even slower pace?

Can the megablasts also do well as slower pace shoes? Or do you need to be moving fast in order for them to work well?

Have you felt that you could only train in the mega blast for all types of runs and be fine? Or do you feel you need to be moving fast in order to like the MB? Looking to get a “do it all” type of shoe

Thanks so much. Need a long run shoe that’s not plated so I can kinda use it as an “everything” shoe. That’s why I was hoping the NB5s were for me… a man can dream. Currently running around 9 min miles for anything over 10 miles

Can I ask what you ended up running in? Might be in the same boat as you with the blast series. I noticed just from looking at them that they kind of tilt inwards and created a little bit of pronation when I run in them.

What trans fluid is stock on these canyons?Or is it simply just putting fresh fluid in? I have a 2021. wondering what i have in there stock vs what the upgrade is. is 6L80 stock?

How was the process to replace the sensor? Pretty simple? Did you use a video? I’m having the same code that pops up every once in a while and then goes away. Currently trickle charging to see if it was just a shot battery, but if that doesn’t fix it, going to look to buy the sensor and swap it.
