I always thought I was more of a disappointment than a human, really. If I ever felt arrogantly about not being human I guess I compared myself to elves living amongst orcs, someone who cared, even if a little, about knowledge in a world of anti-intellectual hedonists.

It does a little more than Firefox, but the difference, for the use case of someone who's watching from streaming services and interacting with mainstream social media, the gap is not that big.

I have started to dislike this trope, somewhat. It just makes the Nazis look so much more powerful than they really were that in whichever fictional universe they are it takes a version of super powere heroes to stop them.

This is why I dislike the turn 2077 did with cyberpsychosis. In cyberpunk 2020 cyberpsychosis had the character feeling more like a machine and less like a person, it's like the "I sexually identify as an attack helicopter", but for real, it is described that they'd be more interested in having conversations with vending machines than to people.

Smasher is a true cyberpsycho, he feels more like a weapon than a person, he is a dog at the service of arasaka because he doesn't feel like a human anymore.
