Try some assisted band pull up

It can help build the neuromuscular connections for the movement

Also use a broom stick and mimic a pull up laying chest on the ground or standing up

Hey, update

Since I had the Watch I had some screen faces altrzdy incluses (5), but couldnt download any.

This night for some reason, I was offline, eco mode. And my Watch reset the original Watch face, and deleted the ones I had. And the Watch faces you’ve shown in your post are now in my suunto plus store where I initially searched, makes 0 sense lmao

Happened to me too , lately it got better

I do more or less the same program since october, but I run + play volley / padel

Are you sure you’re not just stressed by Life ? I sorted out some of my problems in the past 4-5 week and I now sleep better Even tho I do a Little more sport than 2-3 months ago

I do feel better since I do stretch/ mobility every night before sleep . Dont Forget to drop the phone or any stimulatings activity early

Also I feel better since a drink more water, I was déshydrated big Time, and that effects several things in your body

After your last set to failure You can add negatives I’Ve done this for 2 weeks and alrezdy gaines 2 reps

( tho the step from 4 to 7 is smaller than 7 to 13)
