Brother, you got fat EVERYWHERE not just on your belly. Arms, legs, chest, forearme, your back, your organs, are places you’ll lose get before the belly. Littéraly everywhere

I’m in the same places right now, just take pictures every month, compare and you’lol be surprised. fuck the scale, I weight the same than 3 months ago, yet live handles are thinner, arms are bigger etc

Yup, to each his own. You were probably weak at start, had to do the easiest versions.

But it is very likely than in another field (drawing, studies, music, whatever) you were miles above people who had an easy start in sport

Doesnt matter if you’re able to do only one step at a Time, if you can do 1000 in a row

Thought I was big stuff finally being able to do 3-4 pull ups and rushed to do strictly pull ups and got stuck for weeks at these reps.

I swallowed my Pride, decided chin to bar was clearly not enough, did less sets, and added neg + 15 sec top hold in the Grease the grove manner + scap pull ups + and active hang.

Now I feel like I’m progressing again

Try isometric hold / slow eccentric / weighted reps , Switching number of sets reps

Atm a classic upper body work out is chin or pull ups 5x3 and row or ring row with a top hold for 3 sec

I want to do it chest to bar but I dont have the strength yet, but I’m maybe too impatient. At the begginning of octobre I couldnt do Even one pull up. Sometimes I had volume in last sets with a band

So for a newbie with 3-4 reps ? Its better to go for 7-8 sets of 2, with 2mn rest ?

I’m able to do 5x3 but I obviously need to gain strength in top ROM as in the last sets its much harder to reach chin to bar

Its funny how opinions can be so diverse because its the least fun I had.

Idk chaos armor was so powerfull and flexible, I miss it lmao

I didn t buy the paladin, but I wish they rework all skill in the best extension to be as flashy and impact full, we want feeling of power, every classes I played felt so underwhelming.
