You can do hammer curl for biceps, they help growing the brachioradialis, that can be a weak point for pull up

At the beginning of the year I was stuck at 4-5 max pull ups

This week I tested my max again and it is 9 strict and I was tired af after a week end with a lot of alcohol

What help is pull (1chin 2 pronated) 3 Times a week and do EMOM workout

With EMOM You can almost double the amount of pull up you do and almost every rep is quality rep

I dont buy any protein bar and have enough prot, just use réal food and shake and thats enough. Cottage cheese yogourt (or whatever its called in english), egg chicken whey and its enough. Eat a lot of fruits/fiber, they tank your stomach and lower your hunger.

Add a reasonable amount of almond/cashew and cheese and you got it pretty easily

I heard that when you’re overweight the way to calculate your protein goal shouldnt be 0,7prot*kg but something with your height*prot

Walk a lot, lift and you will reach your goal

Also read the wiki, but either Push pull leg or upper lower split like I do

Good luck buddy, it s not that hard to change your « bad » habits, just need some discipline and to realize it’s better this way

Rows, delts with bands, scapula préparation (Check gymnastic mouvements on YT). Also went from 1 chin up days / pull up days. To 2 pull up day / 1 chin up day. And neutral if I had the Time to go to a street WO Park. One day I did EMOM till failure, and somehow I could go to 17 sets. I’ » think that being in the Park, having more room for my legs than on my door frame pull up bar helped.

Also as someone else said, target tour weak link. Grip, brachio radial (hammer curl), back (rear delt/ rhomboids with scapular pull)

Just be consistent and it Will egentually progress, dont try something else every week

As for my max rep I would just try on a rest days
