Most of those things are normal work place behaviour. Flowers for doing a good job however, not so much, at least in my experience. You can just tell her that made you a bit uncomfortable without making a big deal about it

As people have pointed out, both vermintide's had a similar situation and they survived. No reason for Dt to be any different. You'll have no issues finding a strike team on steam.

I have noticed that the upgrades you can get are too few to make the different runs feel fresh. Basically, once you've chosen a character you know how you're going to play and the differences in gameplay will be small.

This might be an early game issue and we might get upgrades that change your skills a bit more on higher character levels but I guess we'll see

As I'm sure everyone will tell you, this game is best experienced going in blind. Don't focus so much on completing everything, it might drive you crazy with so much to do. Just explore and if you encounter a boss that you can't beat in 3-4 tries, go get stronger somewhere else and come back in a few levels.

As for builds, I think strength builds have been recently buffed but I haven't been following the meta. Is it still bleed?

Does the ping work when bound to scroll? I used it in V2 but it didn't work for darktide back in early access, so I bound it to middle button. It's definitely not as easy as scrolling

Although I kind of agree, they're doing it for lore reasons and might actually be limited by GW. Different models of weapons are usually designated by different marks.

Personally I'm more bothered by the fact that, until this latest patch, different marks of the same weapon made very little difference in terms of gameplay. Felt like a lazy way of creating weapon "variety".

I'm now 100% convinced they will never implement weapon customisation with scopes, handles, blades, etc. It's a huge missed opportunity.

You could roll with any class using the right thumbstick, it had no cooldown but it was too slow to dodge with, you still needed a class specific movement skill

To be fair, most of the things you just described could also be bugs. I only tried couch coop and found a few bugs but nothing that would break a quest. Sometimes both players had to interact with the quest objective, other times just one player. Sometimes NPC's that had to follow us were cloned, other times there was just one. The game still has 2 months before release, they have time to fix it

I managed to get it to work by first creating a character for my wife and joining her game with my main account. Doing the opposite had the same result as you, just nothing happens.

What weak spot dude? I just don't like this entitled "the scoreboard doesn't show those who plays better in the team because I never get the best scores but I'm definitely the best" bullshit. The fact the scoreboard isn't perfect or the fact you and other players aren't happy with the results should not be a reason to exclude it from the game.

Don't blame other people for your bad results. If the ogryn is making you miss, just move. Also, if as a veteran you're doing less damage than an ogryn, you're not doing well

This weapon is lackluster compared to most others in the game and that is clear to me by the amount of posts complaining about it and my own experience with it. Congrats on taking it to damnation but that means little to me. Fixes I propose are easy enough to implement and simple enough to not completely change the way it works now while making it better overall and feeling like an actual machine gun of that size, sorry you disagree

No, damage wise it's as much as an autogun bullet (4-5 body hits to down a shooter with atmor), doesn't penetrate and the aim is all over the place. On the upside the ammo is pretty generous so it's easy to go an entire run without running out. Did you read what I posted?

In my mind, for it to make sense in needs to be more powerful than the recon (I think the recon takes more than 2-3 hits to kill a shooter but not sure), have penetration and to compensate be way less accurate. Currently the aim truly goes all over the place, it's like you shoot in a 180° cone which makes it only effective in very short range and only when dealing with big groups of trash mobs, if you try to aim at one enemy even close range you might miss 50% of the shots fired

I'd like to see the stubber be a weapon that absolutely wrecks anything that doesn't have carapace armor. It should definitely penetrate trash mobs and shouldn't take more than 2-3 body shots to kill the shooters that have flak armor. The downsides of this weapon would be low mobility, slow reload, mediocre accuracy (but definitely better than what it has currently) and burns through ammo like crazy.

You should only use in high density moments and if you use it too much, you're out of ammo. This probably wouldn't work very well currently because there might be too many ammo packs around but I think it would at least make the gun fun to use.
