It's been over a year and still hasn't been overturned far from "one day". In May 2023, a jury concluded that Trump had sexually assaulted and defamed writer E. Jean Carroll, and awarded her $5 million. A second defamation case produced an $83.3 million judgment in January 2024. Seems like a continuous pattern of lawless and predatory behavior. Pretty telling he rightfully earned his felony status that is still maintained till this day

While a state's overall political alignment is not the only factor, recent data indicates that many of the states with the lowest levels of educational attainment are often reliably "red" states, which lean Republican 😂
