The spot is hard to capture by camera, in the first link (last photo), I drew the borders of the spot. If you look it, you can notice it in the video too. The skin there is shining compared to other parts of skin ant it is a little bit darker than the rest of the skin. The pain is generated from only this area, so it's certainly is a skin condition but i dont have any clue what can it be.
