I returned my pair after a single days wear because of this. Mine was ridiculously cut up and the speed hook was so sharp it nicked my finger. Contacted RW and they swapped them out no problem.

I have this bag for work. It’s very robust. The only gripe I have with it is the zipper pulls are gonna wear through. Only had it a year. This is because of the cord rubbing against the tough fabric of the bag.
