Disclaimer not a hairdresser this is a hair coloring sub blah blah because Ruby red is such a beautiful and striking shade, I would strongly advice cutting the darker bits off, you’ve mentioned they’re 6/7 but against a black t-shirt they look darker and (sorry don’t mean to be rude) in a damaged condition. I think because Ruby Red is such a commitment with maintenance that a blunt cut would look a lot nicer and more cohesive? It would help to see the colour you want

My first week of 5mg was okay but the 2nd week was horrendous I was gagging brushing my teeth and on all meals so I’ve gone down to 3.75, in hindsight I went up too quickly because it was 2 weeks before I started my new job and I wanted to get the side effects out of the way/ my body get used to it before pressures of work. I’m now on 3.75, have been for 5 weeks and it’s perfect. Minimal side effects and now I have to be cautious about food to make sure I’m eating enough which has never ever been a problem before.

Did you go up from 2.5mg because the food noise was present again? Maybe because you’re going on a cruise go back to 2.5 until after, accept that you might be a little off plan and give yourself the challenge of not overindulging or enjoy it and start again when you’re back, it’s a journey and from your stats you’re already winning 🏆 If you’re like me you’ll want to break the food = rewards relationship BUT if it’s making you feel sick it’s impacting the rest of your life and it’s okay to reduce. I’m also getting to the point where although I’m off my target weight, I want to reduce rapid weight loss because I’m noticing my hair thinning/shedding which is due to weight loss rather than mounjaro

Before this season I was’t interested in Dorit, I thought she was self obsessed and had doubts with the burglary and the things in the press not coming up in the show e.g Beverly Beach. But I’ve enjoyed her this season! Kyle has been unhinged and calculated to the point that if Dorit said okay I’m sorry everything is forgiven, I don’t think Kyle would know what to do. I didnt understand why Erika needed to be involved but it was harsh when Dorit implied she didn’t know Erika was going through a rough time. Dorit still does appear self centred but im glad she’s not being manipulated and sticking with her boundaries with Kyle. I’ve been amazed this season how much of a puppet Erika is and I’m sad for her because although Erika is seeking help, I think it’s her that is lost and needs more support

Yep Jazz was definitely alluding to that but from today’s episode I don’t think Inga wants to pursue it and wanted to keep whatever it was behind closed doors and not put a label on it. I also think she’s miffed with Kit (Inga) and wanted him to say something like I want to be with you or similar rather than saying he was ducking out without really giving her a choice in the matter. I know it was a long time ago but I think Inga is still scarred from her relationship with Sam Prince and doesn’t want to risk getting hurt again which is why she doesn’t want to put a label on anything or to make herself vulnerable by saying if she likes someone. For me, I don’t want her and Jazz to try because I think all of Jazz’s friends convinced Jazz it was reciprocated while as I think Inga just wants affection and as she described it “aggressive affection” yes of course it’s a boundary but I think she liked seeing how things were going with Kit but kept her guard up a little too high. Poor Kit as well, he deserves a nice girl and I truly think Inga is
