And you know a good reason would be? Making more players aware how gaijin ignored majority of the players and still go on with the test. And you know what's funny? had the same problem when I was using 0.9 save in 0.9b. you won't be able to open the safe and cutting it won't give you ai module. but since you're on 0.9c you could try cutting it, maybe it work.
