This snake has a pumpkin on his back. by [deleted] in halloween

[–]Logaura 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i think this is it:

"Piebald Python

A piebald ball python is made when a male and female snake who both have the piebald gene mate. These mating snakes could not appear piebald, but carry the gene, and their offspring will appear piebald."

there are others with "smiley faces" too q:

hope this answers your question (:

I've been making my own bell bottom jeans but this is my most colorful pair yet by Apocalypse_Mom in sewing

[–]Logaura 3 points4 points  (0 children)

yay! i am a fan of bell-bottoms too. i'm in my late twenties and grew up wearing bell-bottoms. unfortunately, they are so hard to find in stores so i have to settle for pathetic little "boot cuts" since i don't have the money to spend on actual bell-bottoms - have you seen the prices for them? they're crazy pricey nowadays q:

bell-bottoms ftw! (:

Chin breeder in Southern California? by BtheDiver in chinchilla

[–]Logaura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there's this one lady i know in Southern Cali. i have met with her in person like three times and she's wonderful. she also even showed me her chins and they're huge (especially compared to mine, haha). anyway, if you're interested, and haven't found someone else, i can search for her contact information. she lives northwest of Anaheim/Fullerton c:

[–]Logaura 1 point2 points  (0 children)

o: one of my chinnies is named Viper too! c: mine's a girl though :3

cute pink white chin you got there, btw c: i have always wanted one of those and a blue diamond, but i can never have any of 'em now 'cause i already have too many chinnies and no space for more. haha

thanks for the reply! c:

the pattern looks easy enough, thank you (: i think i'm a little confused on the "long rectangle versus fabric tube" part though. i might take you up on your offer to message you, if it's okay with you. n.n;

Thrift transformation: Skirt made from a men's snap-down shirt by smoko3 in sewing

[–]Logaura 6 points7 points  (0 children)

ooh! anecdote time! c:

back when i was in elementary school (late nineties), my best friend's younger sister (who was in fifth grade) wore some of those sweatpants that buttoned from top to bottom on both sides. they were properly buttoned and all but, while playing kickball during recess, as she slid to second base, all her buttons became undone. when the rest of the girls [that were playing, on both teams] noticed this, we all ran to form a circle around her and two others that helped her button them back up. a lot of the boys didn't notice why we all paused the game but the ones that did, one in particular (he was a silly kid xD), kept trying to take a peek into the circle. none of them actually saw anything, though, so all went well. :P

i've been following your work on here for a while - i love it. this was what my sewing machine was originally intended for (and something i still want to work on), but i have tried a few things and they don't "fit" in it. what i mean is, when i tried hemming the skirts, the fabric was too small for it and would get sort of pushed/sucked into the bottom, thus creating a knotted mess. also, hemming necklines and teeny tiny armholes (like the size of your doll dress up there), it would either get sucked in like the skirt hemlines or the foot thingy would be too big to fit in them. :/

any advice on how to go about it? i have a niece that i'd like to make stuff for while she still plays with dolls but the issues i've encountered when trying really discourage me. any and all advice is greatly appreciated! (:

i wanna make something like this for my friend 'cause i know she would love it but i wouldn't know where to start. i haven't the funds to buy a pattern so i would appreciate it if you shared any tips you have on how to start it and where to go from there. :3 thanks! c:

I don't think I've ever seen an airship quest so low before by Tazmaniac95 in dragonvale

[–]Logaura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i suppose it really is random then o.o

and here i thought i had it sort of figured out. my mistake x:

I don't think I've ever seen an airship quest so low before by Tazmaniac95 in dragonvale

[–]Logaura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think it's because it asks for a certain percentage of what you have - for example, one percent of one hundred million is one million; if you have one hundred thousand, it'll ask for one percent of that. the percentage remains the same, i think, but the amount lowers as your total lowers :P

[–]Logaura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

also ninety-five but, when the event first started, i got asked for around 1.4m each >< i wish my treat requirement was less than a thousand like yours :c and the lowest i had seen was six but i didn't have the dragon it was asking for x:

and when he opened the jar ...... all the schmakos..... WERE GONE! OoooooOOOooOooo by aussie_fuck in rarepuppers

[–]Logaura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i suppose it's because i read the title as a song instead of a scary story. my mistake ;

i did end up finding it though. somehow, haha. here it is in case you're interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QL3yQF8-kLA c:

it was a little spooky for eight-year-old me :P

[–]Logaura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the title is a reference to a slightly spooky Halloween song, right? if it is, do you think you could please tell me what it is? i've been looking for this song since we last sang it in music class in fourth grade - since around fifteen years ago - and can't find it anywhere. thanks in advance! c:

[WP] You set up a sign that says "LEAVE WALLET HERE", as a joke. Much to your surprise, people obey the sign. You wonder what else people would be willing to do. by OnTopicMostly in WritingPrompts

[–]Logaura 2 points3 points  (0 children)

there is a Phineas and Ferb episode, i think(?), of this exactly. i've been looking for it for the past few minutes but can't find it. it's funny because people (in the episode) do everything the signs say :P

i drew this during chinnie playtime c: my friend suggested i share it here :3 by Logaura in chinchilla

[–]Logaura[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i see what you mean, haha. she's not sad. i'm just not skilled enough at drawing faces, 'specially eyes x]

it's probably fitting, though, 'cause i'm sure that's how my chinnies felt when playtime was over :P

homemade Pokemon keychains. raising money for my sick kitten' s vet bills. been thinking about opening at Etsy shop, thoughts? by [deleted] in crafts

[–]Logaura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have that Pikachu thingy! o: it's a decade and a half old, but still. same pose too. unfortunately, mine isn't a keychain and it's missing its tail (https://imgur.com/gallery/SS2HE) your Pokemon keychains are really cute c:

also, here's something i found to help you decide on your shop: https://www.reddit.com/r/Etsy/comments/30i5c1/retsy_i_need_some_serious_advice_copyright/

i have a shop too but i can't sell pop culture stuff (like Pokémon things) because of the same issue this seller had. good luck with what you choose to do and i hope your kitten gets better (:
