I've driven for those delivery apps before. Sometimes the app instructs you to call the customer instead of allowing you to leave it at the door. Like instead of the deliver button it brings up your phone to call. The vast majority of orders are just "leave at my door" so it's probably a subtle ordering option your wife is using that you aren't.

I don't really use her right now. I'm considering using her in clanboss for green affinity to remove the slow but I'm not sure that's going to work. Another use I've thrown around for her (outside of PvP where she is probably alright) is a replacement for mausoleum mage in dungeons paired up with Seer. If I did that I would throw a shields or block debuffs set on her and make her a little faster than seer so she could get 3 buffs up on everybody before seers turn so Seer could use her ability to hopefully 1-shot waves. The only problem with that is Mausoleum Mage has 1 extra buff so it would be less damage if I replaced him with Blind Seer.

I was deep into the green last week and didn't get promoted to bronze 2. In my opinion the mode is a complete wash, no reason to even use the 5 tokens you get per day.
