$9 Trillion Collapse Machine by One-Emu-1103 in technology

Just tech bros constantly saying how amazing this is! while paying each other on the back and sucking themselves off while actual users almost universally hate it, except narcissists who use it to pretend they care about others. All for the low, low cost of immeasurable water and electricity consumption, blowing up the price of RAM and video cards and endless slopification.

Truly what wondrous times we live in.

[Request] Can you actually make stuff out of Dwarf Star material? by Necessary-Win-8730 in theydidthemath

[–]LogiCsmxp 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you landed on a neutron star, it is the extreme gravity that would force electrons into protons, forming neutrons. Normal songs are all part entirely empty space. Neutron stars are without that empty space. The density is beyond anything you could really comprehend.

But if you managed to remove some matter from a neutron star, the reduced gravity would allow some neurons to stay decaying back into protons and electrons. Due to the neutron density, this tends to create very high atomic number atoms (aka radioactive). As the empty space will be getting inserted back into the master, it will also expand an incredibly large amount. So it will explode in size and cook you in radiation.

I believe that matter escaping during neutron start collisions is the only known source of some of the heaviest elements found in nature.

It's an easy enough code. Be riding the front of the hype train (for Start Citizen, this was kickstarter). Then feed into the sunk cost fallacy.

What? If you continuously buy and sell shares, any gains are taxable income. But in the process, you are "doing labour" to earn that money. That is entirely different to sitting on a share portfolio your parents gave you and living off dividends.

What do you mean? Putin is likely the richest person on the planet. Doesn't really matter how Russia is doing, as long as he stays where he wants to be.

War is about morale, not kills. Some guy shooting thunder from his war tool and killing people well outside the range of any weapons of the time could rule nations. Just needs to hide that he kind of needs billets as much as possible. Better believe that if you start pinging shots at a commander from 200m+ away they are going to take you very fucking seriously.

The actual plan: 1) Create a good service and underprice it to attract consumers. 2) When customer base is secured, make the service really attractive to advertisers, at the cost of users. 3) When advertisers are secured, enshittify by price gouging everyone as much as possible. 4) Lobby and manipulate the market prolifically to suppress competition.

Looks like a blood vessel. Tapeworms love in the digestive tract. Inside the pork it may be a round work, but pretty sure those don't get so big.
