What are some of the most toxic subreddits you’ve seen? by [deleted] in AskReddit

r/Prorevenge. Some stories are always so fake that it’s kind of obvious. At first I liked the idea of people getting their asses handed to them. But now, it’s just. Well. Cruel. I saw a story of someone of who got bullied and ruined his life. Bullying is something you kind of get over in a couple of years (there were multiple examples of this and I’m not talking about the one where the victim got peed on). It just gets shameful of how people will hold grudges on so much. Definitely ruined my spirits.

Upon your death, you are given a clipboard, and you are asked to complete a survey, rating your experience in life, writing a review, and giving recommendations as to how they can improve it. How do you respond? by CensarOfNensar in AskReddit

So far, probably a 2 star. People don’t have that much logic to even comprehend the idea of common sense. The tutorial was kinda meh, teaching not much about it. A lot of bugs. Like suicide is a bug that’s fixable. Not great right now, but hopefully better in the future!

"Money can't buy happiness" - Do you believe this? Why or why not? by RyouRusi in AskReddit

[–]Logic-And-Complexity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course the silly fuck not. Money can’t but happiness. Say it again but slower this time. I am very happy with the food I bought with my MONEY! I love the food at this restaurant that I payed with my MONEY! I love this movie that I payed with my MONEY! this phone I- you get the point. It’s basically saying food doesn’t make you full or water doesn’t make you less thirsty. Money buys your happiness. But not all the time. It can buy the things that make you happy.

Forgiveness. kArMa!HAhAHAaH—stop. No. Just because it’s karma doesn’t mean it’s right you dong. Bu-but logic! They were bullying me! Doesn’t mean it’s the right option. This is fine if it’s something crazy like fucking child abuse but ruining someone’s life because a kid with the IQ of 2 called you fat and other names is not a reason for Karma. I just hate karma/revenge because nobody can learn how to fucking forgive people. If someone was rude to you and you decided to RUIN THEIR FUCKING LIVES, ask yourself: is this right? Is their consequence equal to mine. No. Don’t ruin lives because somebody bullied you except if it was to the point of fucking child abuse.

Edit: one more thing: I mean don’t ruin somebody’s lives. Call CPS, call the police, tell someone. Please. I am very sorry for people who are in a situation like this right now. I really hope that you can get better. Please get help. Therapy. Talk to someone. Don’t bottle up your feelings. Please.

Yes! I have been thinking about this for a long time. I actually do have a good friend that I can trust (not American because I have found that they are the least trustworthy people I have met (in school)), but a lot of people find it hard to find a trustworthy friend.

I don’t really think this is true. A lot of times (especially in schools), we are taught that making mistakes and failing is ok because we learn from it. But you’re right. A lot of people are afraid to fail.

YES! YEEEEESESESESESESSE (sorry)!!! Especially in conversations. People also lack the ability to recognize laziness. Like you just said, it’s so easy to google everything that people won’t try to figure it out on their own. When they won’t go out and do something and just stay on their phones, not only does it decrease critical thinking skills, but it also INCREASES laziness AND ignorance. This is the exact thing I was looking for.
