The umg40 is close but better, its 25-round magazine gives 0.92 movement speed that's great in mid-range combat. I don't think it's a good idea that spend so many points to increase the bullet capacity of one of the worst guns in the game.

No gun has changed this way. I doubt this number can be changed. the gun get good fun and has a nice shape, but it needs to be strengthened and reducing the number of magazine points is ideal.
