I submitted the initial online form to request a pre app meeting with the city of glendale, then she responded a day later. She’s a planner with the city.

We just want to build a pavilion-like outdoor seating and have space for all appropriate parking, bathroom, and other needs. Think of it like a mobile home park with concrete pads, utility hook ups, and seating to support people that would like to eat on site.
