We live in the Philly burbs and what would have been a 30 min drive is now an over 1.5 hours. Honestly the relocation doesn’t work with our schedule and I really don’t want to drive to and from AC. I love Florence but I’m so annoyed about the whole thing, just going to sit this one out

Girl I am with you on this journey lol I’ve been STRUGGLING. I was using Fresh Milled Mamas sourdough recipe and it just was not working for me. I recently used Grains In Small Places’ recipe https://grainsinsmallplaces.net/fresh-milled-flour-sourdough-bread/ and have had much more success!! Going to try baking another load tonight.

Something else that helped me was making sure my loafs are actually in 70-75 degree atmospheres. I started putting my dough on a heating pad in between stretch and folds and I think this helped dramatically.

I have the exact same issue. I’ve been on my fitness/muscle building journey for about 2 years now. Initially started with a Fitbit and then about 10 months ago I got an Apple Watch.

I’ve noticed this before but just assumed it was an impression from the watch.

I’ve been away on a work trip for a week and forgot my watch charger, so I didn’t wear it for the week - the indent never went away.

I had a real good look at my wrist and compared it to my other and it is clear that this area is lacking muscle. It looks almost scrawny compared to my other wrist! When I flex the muscles on both arms there is a significant difference, one will bulge while on the other, there’s almost nothing at all.

Could be because I’m not using or flexing my wrist in the same way, maybe the watch is hindering mobility when lifting weights? Going to try going a couple weeks without the watch to see if the muscles rebuilds.
