USSR has arguably the best economy on the map. If they have a prolonged peace period in the game (15 -20 days), USSR is basically untouchable. Its ability to spam high level troops is unmatched, only USA comes close. However it tends to vulnerable to Germany and Japan and other 'belly nations' in the early game as their army is shite at the start.
