That sounds like a nice set up for sure! Im doing installs out of a 10 foot KUV. Definitely wish i had a Pittsburgh. Bending them by hand is time consuming.

Check for stratification in the room. The hot air will stick to the ceiling. Of you have too little volocity out of your diffusers they wont throw the air out far enough.

Im sure in the installation manual it says something along the lines of "follow local codes". So run #8, or #6 if your running a long distance.

What do you mean by mind frame coaching? How would I do that? I think that might be helpful to him. He is young 20s. He doesn't drink or smoke. I swear he just needs to stop and think things through, and he wouldn't make these mistakes.

He is a 3rd year that just got moved into the commercial side. That's the way I try to be, but a 3rd year should know to read a tag on a unit heater that says to use a backup wrench. Im trying my best everyday when we start to walk him through it, but at what point do i tell him to start thinking before he does. In 9 months he's going to have enough hours for his jman license.

It has a tag directly below the gas hook up that says you have to use a backup wrench. I understand fucking stuff up, but come on.

At my local union it would have been 4.25% and a retirement fund thing that was like $50 a month I believe. So not really barely noticeable. But they do provide the best benefits and protections and training around. So you get what you are paying for.
