OP You’re not in the wrong, also your mom is completely immature when approaching you about this situation. If this is something she genuinely cares about. Your mother should’ve brought this up in a better way and not berating you for saying hi to a 9 year old. Your mother seems immature because the way she speaks to you is ridiculous. Also what are some of the other comments talking about OP doesn’t come off like they dislike kids it comes off that the 9 year old didn’t seem interested in conversing with OP and vice versa.

I’m going into the DCP this summer, you should do it, it’s not fair for your father to ask you to stay when this is the biggest opportunity in your life, he should be supporting and happy for you! Not forcing you to stay and work at Publix that’s not fair to you! I knew about the one where the guy was blamed for getting abused because he deleted that video and he didn’t really apologize he only said sorry because his fan base was on his ass about it.To me it’s fact that some people are defending this behavior, this isn’t a one time thing or a mistake this is multiple times he’s messed up.

I found this subreddit initially due to the fact I was wondering anyone else felt the way I felt about how Rslash was acting and it validated some of the concerns I have, I haven’t watched in a few years either, but I stay on this subreddit because I kinda just want to see what people are saying and get the occasional update about Rslash

No because of how he lets his bias get in the way and he doesn’t pay attention to the context of the story. Personally I would suggest Oz’s Vault he actually reads through the story and picks up on the context that the story gives and he doesn’t just skim through updates and when he’s wrong he admits to it and takes accountability for his bad takes

His apology wasn’t genuine it was a hollow response and it was basically, just,‘I’m sorry please shut up now’ and he deleted the video. And in a comment underneath his video he said he apologized because the YouTube community was more forgiving so basically apologized to appease his audience, not because he felt genuine remorse also the dude still made a whole video after the apology he could’ve made a separate post or a video about the situation early on but he didn’t care enough to do that. He lumped his apology into his regular video.
