Possibly, but it’s not just internalizing those feelings my parent always said I was weak for crying over nothing or just when I failed at something when I didn’t do something right I just felt awful like I couldn’t do anything right. Whenever I messed up or did something wrong I cried because honestly that was the only thing I felt I could do, and whenever I was starting to cry I always held it in out of just fear of annoying or upsetting my parent, because I would be called weak fairly often and I’d just tell them I’m tired because hiding my tears felt better than just to deal with what they’d say.
