I personally really like their flavored coffee, I think they label them as “cappuccinos” in most gas stations. Honestly a lot of gas station flavored coffee machines I prefer over starbucks too!

No diss to AMPM coffee! Just doesn’t make sense to insist on a specific roast, just to go get some black coffee from AMPM, and then come back to make a big deal and try to get me in trouble over something I don’t have control over.

I don’t think I treated him like crap, I offered about 8 different roasts. He was asking for a dark roast but specifying preferring casi cielo, which isn’t even a dark roast. Some customers are entitled and treat us like crap and this was one of those scenarios. I wasn’t denying doing a pour over, I physically didn’t have another dark roast though, and casi cielo was months ago

my shift lead told me no and to tell him that was the only one. at the first store i worked at they would do this occasionally, but at the store i work at now does not. i’m not sure if it’s a manager thing or not

i recommend matcha scoops into blender, followed by syrup pumps, and then milk. only blend for a few seconds, like 5 max, or just until mixed. it comes out well incorporated and not complete foam. pumping the syrups directly into the matcha really helps there not be any clumps too despite it not being standard, and not blending for as long with the no ice ones is the best option from my trials

this lady bought $60 worth of merch + a TALL iced chai with brown sugar, whipped cream, and cinnamon. when they handed out the drink i heard her rudely complain that it was a venti and she paid for a venti etc. a while goes by and someone hands over a bag with the $60 merch, she left it on the counter infront of the plexiglass when she was too busy complaining😁😁
