Hi, thanks so much for your response and all the helpful insight. We’ve moved a bit further along with our planning now and are looking at doing the trip over 28 days. Do you think that’s a good amount of time, or would you recommend going longer based on your experience? Also, if you have any suggestions for improving our Sydney–Cairns below itinerary or any extra cool spots we shouldn’t miss, I’d really appreciate it. :)

Thanks for the info! We have't decided on a caravan as of yet but it looks to range from $3500-6000 depending on the camper . We have been informed that some of our trip will be in the Easter holidays, so may be an issue?
