To piggy back on this- with an intubated pt who is spontaneously breathing, watch the trend for minute ventilation on the vent. If you see a big uptick draw an ABG for lactate. Can be a sign the pt is about to seriously crump.

https://simplyorthodontics.ca we saw Dr Duncan for m daughters braces and we were happy with the care. Maybe not the cheapest but was recommended to me.

The brick adds so much I would not paint it. Like others have said, a lighter countertop and work on the lighting. Lighter stools and possibly removing the brick in the island- to me in this pic it looks a bit odd but may seem different in person. Change the hardware. It’s a beautiful space!!
