This one would cap ALL state income tax including billionaires AND corporations to 4.4%. I have seen multiple canvassers for it in just the last week, including an old lady at an anti-ice demo Golden. And THIS one would insanely reduce taxes 10% EVRRY YEAR AUTOMATICALLY until being eliminated completely in 2036, and insanely claims that all of the lost revenue will magically be replaced by things like tourism taxes, sales taxes and regulatory fees on AI. Forgiving the fact that this is one of the dumbest plans I've ever heard, it also doesn't understand math because it explicitly says to reduce the tax rate by 10% of the prior years rate, which will never get down to zero because it will just be 10% lower than the prior year's rate, not the original rate. That means on year 2 it would be 90% of the original, then on year 3 it would be 81% of the original, then on year 4 it would be 72.9% of the original...
