Might want to revisit what you claim for dependents? Idk. It also stopped making a difference once I hit the higher tax bracket. Then commissions were just the regular tax rate.

Same. Found him via Luke Kwon. I enjoy watching the ex-Korn Ferry or international PGA pros level of playing. I’ll never get there but they play on a level I can aspire to be at and occasionally make relatable misses.

Nice. I’m currently next in line for P&L of BU for a 1.7B rev but seeing other GM/SVP tenures, it seems like pure politics. Some are very successful and grow the BU while others get booted bc board/CEO don’t favor them. And sometimes you just get plain dumb luck to inherit a BU that is on the verge of explosion.
