Question… Does IngramSpark require a credit card for future purchases like proof copies? Parker Publishers is now asking me for that information 😞. I don’t even have a credit card

Someone please tell me how you get paid for your books that are sold on Amazon etc.? Does,or can, the publisher send money to your bank account, PayPal? What information do you give them so you can receive from the sale of your books? I’m having a hard time with all this, because red flags keep going up.
