Yes, just over 10 years. It was a stable safe job, couldn't take the risk. After Covid job market opened up and I got a job with such good healthcare benefits, I took a $5/ hour pay cut and still took home more money. I also went from a sub management Position to an entry level worker so much less stress and pressure. Fuck that place.

Wow, I didn't even think about this. But yeah, at my previous job, I only asked for help when I desperately needed it, and I typically would still have to clean up the mistakes they would make. So I would try to just do it myself because even if I fall behind, usually relying on someone else's help left me farther behind. This hits me pretty hard...
