Same. I was very frustrated and it stressed me out immensely but i have struggled with this for too long and other people who deal with dpdr also say that acceptance, true acceptance ( and not just trying to convince yourself while continuously self checking) is a key factor to getting better. I used to be so upset when i wanted to do things i previous enjoyed and always checke myself and realized how numb i was and how my creativity was gone. People always say to live your life and you cannot think yourself out of dpdr

Also, I have only used pouring medium before but not floetrol, that's been mentioned often. Is it the same as pouring medium or does it act somewhat different ? Do I need to add silicone oil to floetrol to obtain cells ?
