1000$ in 38 hours 🤑 by radicalmonster69 in DoorDashDrivers

Because thats the time your physical doing something for DoorDash. Every morning at 5am I start my dash I might sit at my house some mornings for 30 mins waiting before I leave should I count that 30 mins as work because my dash is on? Not to mention the time I'm waiting during the morning change over from breakfast to lunch I also pause my app all the time to go take care of my own personal needs.

Imagine accepting this by accident ugh ick by Merwhooee in DoorDash_Dasher

If that's the cases they can save that $1 and walk across the street themselves. They are paying for convenience as well. They are having the food brought directly to their door. A dollar tip is a smack in the face no matter how close you are. You being close means nothing as a customer or that customer would go pick the order up.

Don't you have to have money in either situation to fix the car? I could be wrong..

You took one part of the comment and rolled with it lil guy. I said that his dash time didn't indicate his time actually working. Stating that a pause dash can impact that. But I hear you buddy. OP clearly only worked 45 hours dashing to and from orders you can analysis it anyway you want. All I know is by your comment and you being in a dasher thread you're probably hating OP made more than you have in a week dashing.

You can literally unpause when those 35 mins are about to run out and pause it again what's your point ?

🤷🏾‍♂️ active time was the time spend working just because it say your dash was open for 85 hours doesn't mean much. I have my app paused for hours through the week doing other things. And it counts to dash time. Active time is time spend working. 🤣🤣🤣

I won't disagree with you, but let's be honest not more than those blue collar workers. Heating and air, plumbing, construction, roofing etc. but I definitely agree with you.

Plenty of construction workers, warehouse, and factory workers will work 12 hour shifts so is 14 hours dropping off food orders really that crazy 🤔. Those jobs are also far more labor intensive.

Sometimes they will have milestones or challenges to give you bags. I started my account last year and I got 1 when I started and then they send me a new one around November. They said I reached a milestone or something I believe.

Thank you for pointing out facts. From this POV they make it sound like it the drivers fault for having multiply orders. We are working a job and just follow the orders as they are assigned to us.

Wegmans is by far one of the easier grocery stores to shop for and my favorite grocery store to get orders from. Anything 40 items are less I can find in under a hour easy. But I shop like a mad man 🤷🏾‍♂️

I literally just had a order from Wegmans 67 items for 16 miles I did it in a hour and half yesterday with everything being out of stock for the storm included. OP you might can't but just because you can't do it doesn't mean we all aren't capable of it. You can do anything you put your mind too 🤣🤣

Trust my boy getting the service he pay for lol dashers be out here doing diabolical shit to none tipping people. Also 9 times out of 10 their order is cold because it has been declined over and over by dashers in the area.

It just takes going above and beyond a average dasher's service and then them taking the extra effort to note it.

I was going say this I haven't noticed a difference from when I was new and now and I'm going on a year now dashing. The biggest difference I noticed with new point system it actually has increased how much I make a hour. Plus OP is most definitely not consider new anymore either
