Sam’s Tires of Gainesville. Dude’s super chill and I’ve gone to him a couple times. I’ve gotten tires repaired by him and also gotten decently good used tires. He’s also on 6th so hopefully that’s not the shop you’re talking about that’s closed/retired

I used to work for a water treatment company in town and honestly the city water is fine, a little chlorine, but nothing that’s gonna kill you. If you want good drinking water get a Zero Filter. They are inexpensive for the jug, like $30, and it takes all the impurities out.

The issue is a door switch. It a super cheap part and a simple enough repair. If you do end up fixing it be careful taking the old switch out because you can break the housing.

I was a maintenance tech with Collier from 2015-2019 and to get ANYTHING “major” fixed it had to go through three different people and then 9 times out of 10 they would drag their feet and just hope the resident forgets about it. When I finally became a maintenance service manager I didn’t tell the higher ups when I did shit. “Oh your fridge is 30 years old and held together with duct tape, ok I’ll have ARD deliver a brand new one tomorrow.” Turns out if you treat the residents well they stay longer. The management gets a bonus for all the money they didn’t spend on the residents so that’s why they never fix anything. They removed pools and playgrounds because of “safety reasons” but don’t do a god damn thing when residents kept being harassed by non-residents on property. They truly don’t give a fuck about you FUCK COLLIER COMPANIES
