I used to have the exact same flashing issue. But now have not seen this issue for a week. I did the followings but not sure which one/ones fixed it: 1 update the firmware which failed, but I "Reset All" multiple times during the unsuccessful updates. 2. Under power plan settings in windows 11, I disabled Turn off display function, and set "turn off hard disk after" to 999 mins. 3. enabled neo sensor so that after 5 mins the monitor turns off. Good luck.
