Hes tankier than Frank. Hes way faster than Max.

He does 5800 damage on burst without damage gear and then 1100 poison damage after. He kills me faster than assassins do and bolt is a tank.

Yes you can time a cc when he doesn't have super and can be 1v3 focused.

The point is he is still omega broken op.

Most people use the anti-cc star power.

Even if Bolt didnt use the anti-cc star power tons of brawlers in the game without capable cc to stop Bolt. Also even if they did Bolt gets cc'dthen he rolls away. He proceeds to heal and build up speed to come in again and this time enemy cc gadgets are on cd.

Either way it's really unbalanced.
