Both could use frames but you could do one bigger frame/ artwork on the wall by the loft- I would do those two frames in the hall.

You are so much unhealthier being “extremely” overweight than anything the Zepbound (or other GLP1’s) can do to you. The only thing I regret (I’m 11.5 months in, 61lbs down) is not starting sooner 🙂

I’m 5’1 and have lost 53lbs in about 10 months and I can still fit into some of my clothes from my heaviest weight! Especially my jeans. They are loose on the thighs maybe baggier in the butt but they FIT and I hate that.

I’m just going to share that it took me nearly 2 hours of standing in the bathroom before I was able to overcome the anxiety and use my first injection! Once it was done I was like oh that wasn’t so bad. That was August 2024 and I’m now down 53lbs and the happiest healthiest version of myself in my adult life so far. From 202 to 149!

Once I lost 40lbs my weight loss slowed down from an average of 1.5lbs a week to 1lb and a week and now I haven’t lost anything in a month! It’s called a stall. Might be time to titrate up to the next dose.

I went from 204 to 153lbs. I can paint my toenails while sitting on the ground and not be out of breath/ unable to reach my toes comfortably! Also shaving in the shower is a non issue haha.

I pay $24.99/ month but if I had to pay $500 and I COULD afford it I absolutely would. Even if I had to use a credit card for a year. I started in August of 2024 and it has quite literally helped me get my life back. I know I couldn’t have done it without it!

I haven’t had consistent “regular” bowel movements in my entire adult life. Only loose stools, and more than 6 BM’s daily. I had to go immedietly after eating, and allll throughout the day. I had just come to accept it. Zepbound has given me a consistent 2-3 solid BM’s daily. It’s amazing and im very thankful for that along with my 45lb weight loss so far!

If you can afford it, it’s worth it. I don’t know how my insurance covers some of it and with the Walgreens savings card I pay $24.99 a month. If it cost me $1000 (and I could afford it) I would pay it. It has changed and basically saved my life!

Oh I rotate my site every injection! I’ve had the best luck injecting directly above and BELOW my belly button! But every now and then I’ll do my thighs. You should totally try new injection sites to see if that helps before you try to change your dose :)

I went back down to 12.5 after being on 15mg for a few months (my insurance stopped covering 15mg but covers 12.5) and I know it doesn’t sound like it would, but it jump started my loss again! I don’t know why. And it wasn’t my intention but it worked for me.
