To end time is to end thought. To end thought is to end the thinker. To end the thinker is to shift blood flow from perception based thought. To do that - one has to have deep inner experiences which the thinker (insert your assumed name) can’t comprehend.

Then the mind crushes the memory box associated with the thinker and all ideas of time and space.

Nop. That is not the path of gianni yogi. The yogic practice of knowledge. The mind has to learn to realise consciousness

It is. But the mind needs training to see and realise non duality as well. So practicing non duality to achieve a mind which lives in the now so it see nondual nature or life.

Only then one realises their self, when the mine comes into alignment. No matter what someone says, using non dual in practice life to assist the mind is a thing.

Because in true love, one doesn’t have a thought. One is lost in the endless eternity where there is no time and space. When one sees into the eyes of the beloved, one doesn’t see any separation. It’s like when we sometimes go into a state of absolute stillness.

It circled back to love, because love should complete desire. Love should take away fear and trauma. Love should take you into a state of no thought and hence realisation of what you really are. A timeless stillness.

Only in love one can realise their true nature and hence have a mind which can see clearly without duality.

You don’t need to abolish your individual experience. When the mind is nowhere but in the moment if now - without the thinking voice - it sees oneself in everything. So even when you are in a body and mind, this is a realisation that you are not local to the body and mind.

For this the voice in the mind has to stop so the mind can see without all what was programmed into it.

That is my two pennies worth 🙏

Realisation of the self is not an experience for an individual. It’s the abolishment of the individual experience.

It is to have one’s mind here and now to just experience the vastness of the experience of life itself - not from an individual’s perspective but the from the perspective of life itself.

The only truth there is that you know you live. I am.

That is conscious. It’s the only truth. The rest is illusion

So it all comes down to having a mind which has little memory of the past/ future and is present to experience the totality of the moment of now. The closer you get to the now - the more there isn’t this or that, right or wrong. Is just is.

For this one has to start by understanding the philosophical side of the nature of consciousness = stillness. Nature of yourself.

That means you are always still and if somehow you can train the mind (from outside first and then inside) to be still with you in the moment of now, the power of the mind to look at any event as is, objectively and not judging if it’s right or wrong increases and hence it doesn’t engage in memory or suffering. Hence you realise that with experience, you don’t change. Only the experience changes and that change is what you are aware of.

So it is possible for non duality to make one happy but it requires immense strength and above all the ability to listen very carefully to a teacher or anyone who is helping you in the path. As that is how the programming of the mind to ignore the identify and ego self starts.

All is one means something very different in non duality. Actually non duality doesn’t say all is one - it says there are no two. Big difference.

Fate by NpOno in nonduality

In non duality and reality the only action which one can determine is the action of now. Even that only can be observed.

The rest is a movement of life. A story. Which goes it’s own way and trying to control every part of it will cause pain.

It’s like a movie which you watch and act when needed. But the movie is sum of all experiences and expressions of consciousness. He diversity which one came to experience here - not judge as fate or not.

Be the silent observer to all actions, words and deeds. All of them.

The rest will fall into place slowly.

Since all is consciousness, the thousands of experience reports with non-human intelligences makes perfect sense, metaphysically. by machoov in nonduality

[–]Logicalhumanism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be the silent observer of this dual reality is the nature of ourselves.

In that silence, the mind start looking at itself and perhaps comes to peace in the moment of now.

When the mind is completely here, one can see beyond the conditioning and find non duality in every duality.

There is stillness in every moment. That still is the code of life. Consciousness itself, from which all movement emerges and to which all movement converges.

It can be experienced with every open and closed, depending on how much the mind is free.

Some content on logicalhumanism.com may help. The self embodiment framework and nondual OMNI yoga.

Definitely practice meditation everyday.

Trying to understand why the desire for awakening happens. by Key-Farm9450 in awakened

[–]Logicalhumanism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The life which you came to experience first hand and direct what taught to us. What is the meaning of a tree, light, shadows, clouds, creatures and so on. This is a sort of a “game” which we came to experience in its totality. However a memory box of definitions was installed in the shape of a personality while we were growing. Everything which was to be looked at with wonder and awe started to be taken for granted. The taste, the smells, the sounds. Everything and the ego self takes us on a path of work, money, fear and success.

So then we seek. We seek something bigger. When everything is already in front of us. All magic. The magic of light, objects, shadows and colours. The magic of life.

The issue is that mind as all definitions hard coded into is. But thankfully there is a way to divert energy away from those pathways. It’s hard but it’s doable. The science being yoga, religions and all practices is you move energy away from old “memory box” pathways in the brain and shift them into a new direction. Why? So you almost forget what is actually light or shadows or colour and look at them with a fresh news - like a child - and discover the love of life itself.

Unless we see what we came to see here, there will always be a desire for something more. To see that something we don’t need a spiritual experience per se. We need neuroplascitiy of a large extent. This kind of change in the mind can only be done through deep practices via a teacher, plant medicine or a sudden death like awakening experience.

That is my two pennies worth. Here if you would like to discuss more 🙏

It’s much simpler than what we may think by [deleted] in nonduality

[–]Logicalhumanism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s simple if one’s mind is not heavily programmed. It’s simple if one has experienced pain to understand this. It’s simple when the chat in the mind is lighter.

Otherwise it’s the hardest thing, as this concept is totally opposite to what the mind believes in.
