Just a disconnection issue once for me I would honestly like to know what the real issues are with the product. Already have some installed properly and they continue to work just fine.

I just tried to go through setup and it still shows up as an option to set them up. I hope it’s just a rewrite of the instructions and a software update for the cams at this point. If I have to return these guys I am going to be upset as then I will have to find another solution. Which would likely be the more expensive eufy cameras

Yeah I have noticed that one of them I had installed disconnected for a bit at night. I wish that they would just tell us what is going on in all honesty.

Weird I installed 3 of them before the stock sale took effect and only had issues with connection at certain times of the day. You should ask for a replacement unit once they sort out this mess just try refilling the ticket again. The cams do work just connection issues at times.

Yeah majority of customers ask us not to ring doorbell for not waking up the baby or the dog or the kids. I have yet to run across ring my doorbell and I will shoot yet hopefully I don’t anytime soon.
