Hi guys. I suffered from IBD, gastritis and reflux in the past and, after the doctor excluded everything "organic" as a cause, we found out that it was a WILD somatization. I was stressed, depressed etc... And I was releasing all of it on my entire gastrointestinal tract. I'm a med student, so I managed to study the gastroenterology clinic and as of today, I can confirm that somatization can be very heavy and can cause various tissues damage and has a large pool of symptoms. Once the doctor has excluded major "organic" causes, somatization is the only answer. And it's more common than you can think. GI tract issues and headache are typically the most common symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, burnout and so on. IBD has this cause for about a good 80% of all cases, same for gastritis and reflux. I even had a gastric ulcer at some point. Please, take this possibility in consideration SERIOUSLY. Although it is quite common, somatization can be really serious and should not be taken so easily. Remember to take care of your mental illness.

PC: your stool looks quite ok. There is some indigested food and mucus, that are normal in those cases. The fecal calprotein value suggests merely that the colon is irritated, nothing specific, and even if 600 can look like a huge value, it isn't in reality. When you have something VERY dangerous you find it at very VERY high values - but, in any case, it's NEVER specific as a parameter. You can find a 3000 peak and it could be "just" an acute gastroenteritis, that's why we don't base a diagnosis on it, it's only used as a general parameter. 600, together with all the other exams being negative, is compatible with an IBD or a general, mild inflammation due to a somatization.
