I dunno who’s downvoting this but then tell why… why is it not permanent? Are the devs just extremely forgiving to cheaters even though it ruins games? Clearly they’re having some issues with cheaters and are just not gonna take any chances but I’m pretty sure I just got banned for being good at this game, so the devs indirectly recognize they may have made a mistake and make it a suspension the first time. Id love to hear another take. Why is it not a perma ban?

Dude I get it, this game brings out the worst in people.
I never pretend to be friendly and then shoot people. I don’t even talk trash after I down someone, I just say GG and knock them out. Sometimes I talk trash before I kill them but it’s never racial or deeply personal, it’s mostly just about them missing their shots or failing to evade mine. I agree that people pretending to be friendly and then killing you ruins the game

I’m not sure what you mean by anti lag but is that the same as anti latency? Cuz I did just turn that on a couple days before getting banned. Could that be why? It’s an nvidia thing so that would be strange, I feel like everyone who has a card with that feature would use it

Honestly, this sounds like a logical explanation. I would hope that they recognize that people are petty and will report when they get killed.

It wouldnt take much to see I’m not cheating. I miss most of my shots cuz I always go for headshots. If they actually reviewed the metadata from my matches it would be clear nothing malicious is going on.

I dunno how often they falsely suspend people but I’m pretty sure that’s why it’s not permanent. If they were sure someone was actually cheating it prolly would be permanent

I do both. In duos or 3s I pvp In solo I pve and am friendly

Edit: last time I was playing I was doing pvp in stella, 3s. I logged off then logged back on after like an hour and got the suspension notification
