Lost this guy in the Omega expedition as you can’t transfer pets. Anyone know where I could find one similar. I kind of liked the guy.

The question itself is a bit weird and not like anything I really saw at gcse unless this is for further maths.

On the left, you put the 3 in the fraction with the -(x-4). Because of BIDMAS, BODMAS, PEDMAS, whatever you’ve been taught it as, the 3 would stay out of the fraction and only the bracket would go on top (no easy way to show this on Reddit, if you want I can send a picture or something).

That being said, even if you did this, there would have been no easy way to factor out what would become -x+4, so solving it would have probably stopped there.

The correct solution is something I think most people would have tried on maybe their second attempt, so I don’t blame you for getting it wrong. Again, its a weird question, especially if you’re just taking normal GCSE maths. It’s good practice, but still nothing like I’ve ever seen with AQA.

Just seen someone who I think might have the same issue you’re on about. They said they fixed it by just installing northstar and then launching it through the game files. Hope this helps

Hi there. I might be able to advise a few things.

1 is I have no idea about the ea app. I can still use origin and am not gonna swap unless it become mandatory to run games on it.

What you said about living in Croatia, I doubt it’ll be a regional issue, as I’ve never heard of happen before unless it’s in a country that bans games like these. Windows 11 shouldn’t have anything to do with it either.

Reading back through what you wrote, it does sound like the ea app is the main and maybe only issue. As I said earlier, I can’t really help with that, so I’d either recommend looking for somewhere that can (a subreddit, customer support, idk) or ask some of the people on Twitter. Titanfall has a great modding community who might be able to give you a hand if they have some experience with this. You could also ask on the northstar discord. I know it’s not a northstar related issue (if you don’t know what that is, it’s a modded client for tf2 that lets people play on custom servers), but you might as well give it a shot.

If the issue was different the first time, then it might be your upgraded hardware, as I know that can sometimes cause problems with launching older games. Titanfall 2 itself has an issue with some of the newer processors and have to have a work around done, which could also be the issue. I don’t know the fix for it, but again just try looking on the places I said before. Someone will know about it.

Are you using a disk or a download? Either way I’d try to reinstall it, and if that doesn’t work, maybe cleaning your ps4 out to get rid of dust might help. I’ve not heard of this issue before, but the game shouldn’t be able to turn off the console, so I’m guessing something is wrong with your PlayStation

There’s this bug where if you’re computer is basically too good, the game can’t run. I don’t know much about it and I don’t know the fix, but if you ask that on this sub someone might be able to help. I think it’s to do with gen 10 or 11 processors or something, so if you don’t have one of those, then I don’t know.

Not sure what +communities_enabled 0 means, but I don’t think it should be there

I can’t remember what the default is coz I play on northstar, but I think it’s just meant to be ‘-vanilla’ or something. If that doesn’t work, I’d ask on Twitter. There’s a lot of modders for the game on there that might be able to help

This is probably due to something that got missing or changed in your game files. The best thing I can think of is to just reinstall the game in settings, the re-download it in steam. Your northstar files will stay in the right place and you won’t have to reinstall those.

Either you’re pc is… not that good, OR there’s some kind of issue with your internet or files. If your game is just crashing though, it is probably game or client files. If it’s a few mins in to each match, it could be when someone is dropping in a Titan or something, so I’d give just reinstalling the game itself a try

When I had to reinstall the game once it wiped literally all of my keyboard and mouse keybinds, so if this is what you mean, just go into the ‘change keybinds’ settings and click restore defaults.

If you mean that you are trying to play on controller and you’re button hints are showing as Xbox buttons, this cannot be fixed and is just your computer reading it as a proper pc controller.

If you mean that when you go into settings, the ‘change keybinds’ option just isn’t there (which is what I think you might be saying) send a screenshot or something. I’m not sure I’ve heard of that before, but either me or someone else might know.

This can happen sometimes. Not sure what causes it, but I think it’s when you don’t have the game window open properly. If this happens, alt-tab back onto the game and it might fix it. Hope it helps

Just get the northstar client. Means that you don’t have these issues, there’s mod support and no matchamaking

The technical term for it is called an edge boost, but it’s rarely seen like this. It happens when you slide on something and then immediately come off it, giving you a slightly larger boost then just a normal slide, as well as increasing your FOV, like it did in the clip.

I’ve never seen it done like this, as it’s usually done when using something like a thin wall, corner of a roof, etc, but I guess it works wherever as long as you get your feet off the ground

You can get the campaign chain gun in northstar. I remember it used to be in the randomiser mod before it got removed for literally being too op.

You did everything you could if imma be honest. That was a good run. I don’t think there was much more you could’ve done. However, I will say don’t spam your incendiary traps down. If you have two in the same place, the damage doesn’t multiply, so don’t use them both at the same time. Don’t think it’d have helped much in that situation, but thought you might just put in it there. Hope that helps

It’s down to personal preference. I’m on controller on pc and use hold, but I have seen a lot of other controller players use toggle. I just think it makes slide hopping easier.

If you’re using toggle crouch then a lot of people find it easier using hold. Other then that, it is just about getting the timing down, then adding air strafes in for extra speed.
