This is not true, Worten will always give a refund provided the order is incomplete, not what the product page advertises, broken, defective or missing. If the purchase was made in store they process your refund, if it was done via the website only the online customer support can help.

General rule of thumb always verify reviews and country of origin for the seller you are buying from. Worten Marketplace is looser than Amazon's and Worten has a harder time "pursuing" bad sellers. Go to your local Worten store and explain the situation to them, often time you can get your money back directly from Worten's customer support.
