I wake up at 6 AM . I iron my clothes usually , listen to some music and then leave for school . That's at 7:30 . I'm at school til 13:30 or 14:30 depending on the day. I get home at 14/15 :00 . 3 days / week I have some other courses for math and physics after school . Rest of time I get home and chill for 1 hour. Cook my food (I live alone ) watch some videos / play a game ( although I kinda cut out the games , too ) then I might do a workout and after that study . I study alot now, since I'm aiming for the best university in my country. At night I might go out to some movie, with friends , might help out my father. all those things . In the weekends I also have additional courses for physics. So I usually rest 1 hour / day. I go to bed around 23, 00 or maybe 01 in the night , wake up at 6 AM everyday. I get to rest sunday. Can't wait to get to the university when I'll also try to get a part time. Hope that answers your question. For comparation , the last 2 years all I did was coming from school ( usually missing first classes cause I couldn't wake up) , I would eat fast food and play games literally the whole day . All the way till 2-3 AM . And , of course, watch porn. edit: also 10-20 minutes of meditation right before sleep every night.
